Pavilion Rental Agreement

Introductory rate: $350 through Dec 31, 2026, while park repairs are ongoing. Regular rate (expected $400–$500, exact figure pending Board approval) begins Jan 1, 2027. Kaʻala Pavilion: approx. 2,200 SF (31' × 73') within a 16,500 SF total rental area, Waialua Beach Road, Waialua, HI 96791.

Puʻuiki Beach Park rentals are limited to WCA members, Dole employees, and Dole/Waialua Sugar retirees. At least one must be "Yes" to proceed.
Select "Yes" for at least one of WCA Member, Dole Employee, or Dole/Waialua Sugar Retiree — this is required to rent at Puʻuiki.

CONFIRM before publishing: Kukui Pavilion — the park's only restroom facility — is currently marked "under repair" on the WCA site map. As written, this agreement still tells renters restrooms are available there. Trustees need to confirm actual current restroom status (working restroom elsewhere? porta-potty required for every rental until repairs finish?) before this goes live.
